DM 1001-SILICON-ANTIFOAM COMPOUND
FEATURES:
COMPOUND DM 1001 is a viscous antifoamer whose main purpose is to control the foam in a wide range of surfactants.
COMPOUND DM 1001 is based on high molecular weight polysiloxanes with a viscosity of over 20000 mPas at 25 ° C. As such, it is suitable for controlling the foam in washing agents (powder and liquid detergents) and other means where surfactants are present.
Basic characteristics and benefits of the product:
• Efficient at low dosage levels in systems with high levels of surfactants
• Despite its high viscosity, it is well dispersed in water-based formulations of surfactants
• Suitable for a wide range of surfactants, Ph values and washing temperatures
• In addition to antifoam in detergents, it plays a role as a humidity maintenance agent, whose efficiency is reduced by shearing forces and dispersive forces.
USE:
The COMPOUND DM 1001 can be applied to various powders or granules in a range of 5-15% and as such can be used as a powder or granular antifoam. The prepared antifoam is dosed in a powdered detergent recipe of 0.5-3.5%.
The COMPOUND DM 1001 is added to the liquid detergent structure as a foam depressant.
If the COMPOUND DM 1001 does not show itself as a sufficiently dispersing and compatible manufacturer’s recommendation, in this case, antifoaming agents are used in another form.
COMPOUND DM 1001 can be used in plastic processing such as ABS, HIPS, PP, PPE / PPO, PVC-F, PVC-R, TRE, TRO, TPU, SAN.
The COMPOUND DM 1001 can be used to formulate stable, slab-shaped fluid processing metals.
The COMPOUND DM 1001 can be used in other lubricating oils (transmissions and industrial fluids).
The COMPOUND DM 1001 is efficient in a large temperature range. Formulated to have good alkaline resistance, but the manufacturer’s recommendation is to always check the compatibility with the recipe of the detergent in which it is installed.

60000 mPas at 25 ° C. As such, it is suitable for controlling the foam in washing agents (powder and liquid detergents) and other means where surfactants are present.
Their application is also possible in liquid detergent washing detergents as well as an agent for the removal of air in the production of gel products. In this production it serves as an antifoam.
For the same purpose (air extraction and foam control) it is used in the slider.

CYNO 40 MA is a macro emulsion based on amino silicone, which represents the advancement in the production of softener. It is designed to provide a full, pleasant and silky touch, optimal moisture absorption for all types of fabrics. In addition, the CYNO 40 MA shows excellent compatibility and stability on different fabrics. It can be combined with conventional softener based on ester, which improves the properties of the blade during the washing cycle.
USE:
CYNO 40 MA can be easily diluted with water, with a slight mixing, to the appropriate concentration in application. The dosage depends on the desired effect:
-1- 3% in the formulations of a ready-to-wear softener
-1 part of the CYNO 40 MA changes 2-3 parts estervates in the previous formulations of laundry softener
